Fun at White Street Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest on White Street in downtown Wake Forest is definitely a fun experience for family and friends. This outdoor event is a great chance to mingle with the local community as well as enjoy yummy German food, music and games. And of course, plenty of authentic German-style beer crafted by White Street Brewing Company.

The only downside was the miserably humid weather. We were sweating bullets in what we would describe as a “sauna-bake”. Next year we want to attend the Triangle Oktoberfest in Raleigh which is the biggest Oktoberfest in North Carolina.
