State Farmers Market Visit

Want to buy seasonal produce and specialty local items?  Then head out to the nearest farmers market!  Today’s sunny weather called for a outdoor stroll so we stopped at the Thai Cafe for a quick lunch and then drove to the State Farmers Market in Raleigh.

We always enjoy picking out fresh, local produce and supporting local agriculture.  Today we bought some delicious apples and big, plump tomatoes.  Hoping to see more berries, citrus and fresh flowers in the coming spring.  How often do you make a trip to your local farmers market?
